Replacement
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We may request photos of the defective product for verification purposes.
Please note that this policy applies to product defects and damage only and does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of replacement.
